Marketing messages

We may send relevant marketing messages to our existing and former clients, to third-parties that have expressed an interest in our products and services, and also to third-parties that we have had no previous dealings but think would benefit from our products and services.

We have a legitimate interest in using your personal data for these purposes and to personalise our messages to you. If we require your consent to send you such marketing information, we will ask for this separately and clearly.

On some occasions we will rely on consent to send you marketing messages, either where we have obtained your consent directly or where a third-party has obtained your prior consent for us to send you those communications.

Keeping your information

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.

If you request that we delete your personal data, Prospore will make reasonable attempts to delete all instances of the information in their entirety. For requests for access, corrections, or deletion, please refer to the “Your Rights” section of this Privacy Policy.

In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
