Modern Slavery Policy
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by the Board of Prospore Leadership Limited (the Company).
This statement applies to the Company in respect of the financial year ending 31 August 2025.
The Company is a professional services firm offering clients advice and support to increase their use of data for business benefit.
The Company has a commitment to conducting business in a responsible way and in accordance with its employee policies.
The Company is committed to taking steps to monitor any potential modern slavery, child labour or human trafficking risks within its supply chain.
We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, human trafficking, child labour and breach of national labour and employment laws and are committed to acting professionally and fairly in all our relationships and business dealings.
Suppliers are checked to identify the risk of modern slavery within their supply chains which will allow the Company to better assess potential risks of modern slavery in our supply chain.
The Company’s Modern Slavery Policy has been rolled out to all staff and incorporated into induction training. All staff are informed who they should contact if they have any concerns.
The Company’s staff are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions regarding the presence of modern slavery within the supply chain.
